Configuration notes

• PBX Directory/Contacts: Currently Yealink phones aswell as UC Linkus Client support native contacts on the Cloud PBX. The PBX does have a built in LDAP server for companies that do not have an internal LDAP directory however requires additional configurations on the phone.

• Before continuing with SIP account setup, read further instructions regarding trusted Certificates.

If having issues consider to disable “only accept trusted certificate” as phone vendors may not have your particular PBX Certificate.

1. Go to the Security tab at the top right
2. On the left vertical menu click Trusted Certificates
3. On the drop down box near the bottom choose "Disabled" for “Only Accept Trusted Certificates”.
